I am so excited about spring, even though they say we haven’t had much of a cold winter I have had enough! This year I am holding two dates for my spring mini-sessions!! One session will be held in Suwanee and the other in Commerce. Both are fantastic areas! Mini sessions usually fill up fast so make sure to book your spot soon! All the details are below! There is no better way to celebrate your child’s first birthday/ first cake experience than to do a cake smash photoshoot! What a mess but oh what fun this was. This is my son Cole, his birthday isn’t until the end of the month but I am going to use these to create his custom birthday invitations. To me these are priceless!!
Had a fantastic time with this beautiful little girl today! This is one of the prettiest newborns I have ever seen and I am not just saying that because her Mommy and Daddy are one of my friends, she truly is a cutie! I just loved her little smiles and her wiggly feet. These are a couple of my favorites, the rest of the gallery will be posted soon.
How they met, their engagement story and their love is just beautiful! They were truly meant to be and I absolutely can not wait until their wedding in April!! Much more to come from these two beautiful people! I adore all of these pictures. Enjoy!

I am so excited to start a new year as a business! I can’t wait to see where this year is going to take me. Thanks for making my 2011 awesome and I am so thankful for all the new clients I got to meet! One of my goals this year is to take a step back and really work hard on pleasing my clients, making their experience with me awesome, REALLY awesome to the point they want to come back again and again!! So I have a project I am working on to get a better understanding of what makes a good photo, to the normal eye. I get critiqued from my peer photographers but I am looking to get more of a critique from potential customers, after all that is who I am trying to please. So I am asking for two people who will volunteer to help me with this project by judging about 60 photos, putting them in order favorite to least favorite and writing why they like or do not like the photo. I am looking for two different people who have not had a session with me in the last two years. I will definitely compensate these two volunteers with a credit towards a future session. When I put out the word that I was looking to give back to a family that was in need of a Christmas gift this season, I had no idea I was going to feel so emotionally attached to each and every story that I read. I know that God is working in everyone’s life whether they know it or not and the reason they are going through these trials are unknown to us but I do know and trust that God has a reason!! There is no way that I can choose one family to give a special photography gift to, so this year with the help of my best friend Karla, we are going to treat all 4 families to a complete photography session with a very large print package. Thanks to those special people who emailed me the stories, Jillian Morton, Abbey Goldin, Erin Shawver, and Hilary Barrett. I hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas!!
Their wedding was beautiful and now we had time to play! Jamie you are such a beautiful girl and I am so glad I was the one you choose to capture your day and special memories! Gracie is one of my baby plan clients. I always get excited to go and see how much she has grown every 3 months!! One thing I know is that I am going to get a sweet smile out of her and she is going to try and chew on one of my props… which she is even cute doing that
